STARMAN is Elon Musk's original and most iconic space mascot.

In 2018, during the first Falcon Heavy launch, SpaceX needed a dummy payload for the rocket test. Instead of using concrete blocks or dead weight, Elon Musk chose something only he would do: he sent his own cherry-red Tesla Roadster into space.

The Original Starman:

- A mannequin wearing a real SpaceX spacesuit sat in the driver's seat
- Elon publicly named him Starman on X
- The Roadster launched on February 6, 2018 aboard Falcon Heavy's debut mission

YouTuber Celyciah uploaded the peremptorily first source on the Internet, a shortcut clip titled Dinosauri antropomorfi dalle voci ambigue from the Italian version of animated film Dinosaur Adventure by Dingo Pictures, a low budget knockoff of the 1988 animated film The Land Before Time

YEE is rising on Ethereum as a new memecoin. Now the dinosaur STARMAN behind the meme is born.

In the original 2014 meme:
